I'm Vincent Gonzalez, and Poticas.com is my site — researched, written, and maintained by me. It started the way most potica stories start: with a grandmother, a floured cloth, and a recipe that lived in her hands. This site exists so that what she and a hundred thousand bakers like her knew doesn't depend on memory alone.
What's here: the referenced history of potica, baker's guides for actually making it, where to buy the real thing, and a community page where the feed contains only real posts by real people — nothing on this site is staged, seeded, or invented, and every historical claim traces to a source I've personally read. Some shop links earn me a small commission (they're labeled); the recommendations that earn me nothing are labeled too, because some of the best sources aren't affiliates.
